​Joy in Presence: Annual Fundraiser

Joy in Presence is our annual fundraiser to honor the power of human connection and presence.

This gathering at the invites our community to learn more about our mission, celebrate shared presence, and contribute to sustaining the work we do together. There'll be stories, youth-led mindfulness practices, games, raffle, silent auction, and of course yummy bites and good company.

Join us for connection, joy, and to help us raise funds to support our work sharing mindfulness with youth in schools. We look forward to seeing you there!

​Soft-Life Skills for Living in a Loud World: A Course in Mindful Self Compassion for Teens


Being a teen can feel like a lot. School, relationships, expectations—it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, unsure, or just plain tired. This 6-week journey is a chance to slow down, connect with yourself and others, and build tools that support your well-being from the inside out.
​

Each session blends real talk, mindfulness, intentional movement, and creative expression. You'll learn ways to care for your nervous systems, shift self-criticism to kindness, and move through hard moments with more ease and understanding.

This isn’t about fixing or changing who you are—it’s about tending to what’s already good, real, and whole inside of you.
