For PTAs and other parent, caregiver, and guardian groups, we provide information about children’s brains and how mindfulness techniques for families to create balance and reduce stress. We will give parents and caregivers the chance to practice mindfulness themselves and discuss ideas in how to implement this at home in small and meaningful ways.
