We work with schools because that is where students spend most of their time and we want to provide wellness practices for both students and educators. Our school partnerships allow us the opportunity to work with students and school communities over extended periods of time, creating a mindfulness-based culture in schools.
The vast majority of our work is rooted in partnerships with schools. We go where we know students are or will eventually be. Through our school partnerships we offer:

Classroom Direct Mindfulness Instruction
Weekly mindfulness lessons for classrooms to promote social emotional learning, wellness, and connection. Having Ms. Tai join us for Mindfulness Mondays has brought so much joy and love to our community. As an educator, it has provided ways to take care of myself in the moment, set the tone for our class, and has given me tools to support and build upon our established rituals. Watching my students lead the exercises with confidence and calm energy is so hopeful and beautiful. I know we don't always know if what we are teaching and sharing sinks in, but I know the mindfulness lessons are embedded in our students hearts and minds. Thank you! - Educator |
Professional education
for school staff Mindfulness training for teachers and school staff on practices and benefits of mindfulness for the brain, learning, and emotional wellness. We love having you as part of our class, and students look forward to seeing you every week. During our reflection circle, students often say that seeing you was their highlight from the day. 🙂 Thank you for all your expertise (and) guidance!" “Your teaching is like a massage for our souls.” - Educator |
Bringing Mindfulness Home
for parents and guardians This program offers parents and guardians information and practices to bringing mindfulness into their family life, for themselves personally and with their children. “I feel like you are highlighting that this isn’t about being the perfect, zen parents. It’s about having tools so that I have more choice during stressful moments, more awareness in the beautiful, fleeting moments, and more compassion for myself in the difficult times.” - Parent |
