  • 93.9% of students noticed positive differences since learning mindfulness (e.g. calmer, less angry, less worried, more focused, etc.)
  • 97% of teachers saw an increase in student compassion toward self and others
  • 78.3% of students practice mindfulness outside of school
  • 94% of teachers saw changes in students' ability to regulate emotions
