Our Mission:
We facilitate human and school transformation through mindfulness practices.
Our Vision:
We want to ensure all students are well and whole.
At Space Between, we believe that mindfulness is a life skill. We know that mindfulness practices can support the social and emotional well-being of students and the adults connected to them. Research has shown that practice with rhythm and repetition, mindfulness can increase focus, emotion management, self-awareness, and compassion for self and others. With mental health concerns such as stress, anxiety, and depression on the rise, practices to support wellness is more important than ever. This is why we share mindfulness with the students and communities that we serve. They deserve to thrive and feel a sense of alignment, authenticity, and connection.
