Students Created Breath Practices
We love to breath in and out of our noses, because it helps regulate our nervous system.
Full Moon Breath
Start with your hands at your sides. As you breath in, lift your arms up over your head, like you are tracing a full moon. As you breath out, let you arms slowly come back to your sides. Repeat as many times as you like. |
Love Fan Breath (breath to all the people who help us)
Start with your hands at your sides. As you inhale, bring your hands together in the shape of a heart right in front of your heart. As you exhale, blow out of your mouth like a fan, and push your hands out and down, sending that love out to all of the people. Keep going, 10 times or more. |
Rocket Ship Breath
Start in a crouch down at the floor. Slowly stand up, breathing in through your nose and bringing your hands up. Slowly move back to a crouch, breathing out through your nose.
